This is my first website, and an introduction to my work. I trust the site will evolve as my work does. Please check back often, and email with any questions.

   Hand Built Stoneware Clay
strokestrokestrokestroke
A clay artist since 1983, I create clay vases, wall pieces, and bowls. They are all handformed.  I use stoneware clay, and mostly slab form, and coil pieces by hand. I fire them in a kiln at 2150˚. I also airbrush in a variety of colors. My forms are organic and a result of exploring and enjoying natural wonders. As a nature enthusiast, I find inspiration traveling to national parks,

and observing plants, animals, snorkeling and scenic vistas.
My studio is in Cave Creek, Arizona, and enjoy working outdoors most of the year. I have recently expanded to include a new line of jewelry made out of porcelain clay, and also paint in acrylics. I enjoy new challenges and opportunity for new expressions. I hope you enjoy my pieces as much as I have enjoyed making them.
